The 8 track tapes are made from an oxide-coated tape that rolls on 3 to 4 seconds per complete rotation. It is put on an endless loop that helps it run without being tangled to each other. It is designed especially to record sounds. The music industry was so alive because of the 8 track tapes. It sales dramatically boomed in the market because a person would spend a lot of money to buy a single of their idols. People were so fond of listening to music.
